Engagement Pictures!

REPRINT from my other blog - ORIGINAL POST DATE 10/16/2008

My fiance' and I are taking our engagement pictures on the 24th of this month. I am really excited and looking forward to it. We have never taken professional pictures together (although we have been dating for almost 3 years) so this will be an exciting first-of-many for our relationship. We will make a day out of our experience. We have to drive about an hour outside of Atlanta to this nature preserve and waterfall to take the pictures with the photographer. photo credit
The town of Dahlonega is known for its wineries and small town, mom and pop, village style shopping and bed and breakfasts. So, we are only working half a day (the morning) then we'll be headed that way.

We're going to spend the remainder of the day in this beautiful place. I'm so excited. I can't wait to display one of the pictures as my profile pic so look forward to it. It would be a great place to have a wedding.

I have heard amazing things about the photographers, Eric and his wife Adrianne and I think we are going to have great pictures. They are very professional and personable and I would recommend them to anyone. The picture below is the beautiful work of Eric and Adrianne Delaforce.

Here is what the waterfal looks like where we are taking our pictures.
The photographer's web site is http://www.ericseye.com/. I encourage you all to check him out.
Happy wedding planning!

PRODUCT REVIEW: Beroy Women's Fitness Shorts

I’m so proud to  #partner  with  #Beroy  Women’s Fitness Wear as I kick off summer, a new half year, and my 3rd quarter goals! As many of us attempt to get our bodies in shape or increase our health and fitness for all of the summer time activities that lie ahead, working out in comfortable, breathable, fashionable gear is a top priority. T hese shorts are  #comfortable ,  #affordable , and  #cute ! And they have other options also specifically for  #running ,  #yoga ,  #tennis , or whatever your sport of choice is! Do you ever feel like it's hard to find a good selection of fitness gear that is easy on the pockets but doesn't sacrifice quality? I sure do! And what a pain it is to shell out tons of money for something that is not meeting up to the standards of what you paid for it. I'm grateful to be able to say that this was not the case with these cute little shorts! The fit was true to size, the product came quickly, and after a few...

BUSINESS REVIEW: Panera Bread, Greenville, SC (Haywood Mall)

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! I had the very best experience today at Panera Bread at Haywood Mall in Greenville, SC. Managers Marc, Susie, and Keith and the rest of the staff made it very hard for any other Panera to impress me more than they did today!! I am officially #TeamStore654 Panera also has this new "Fast Lane" and "Rapid Pick Up" system that makes the experience super convenient and easy! Who doesn't LOVE easy? With the fast lane, you walk in and order from a Kiosk (read: ipad) and everything is right there in words and pictures for you to select. With the "Rapid Pick Up," everyone with a mobile device essentially becomes a cash register. You order through your phone and when you arrive to the store, your order is waiting for you in the "Rapid Pick Up" section. Easy Breezy! THE GOOD: ~ Free Cookie for using the Kiosk - This might only be for a limited time but every time I used the kiosk today, they gave me a free cookie! No e...

Am I the only one who struggles with Sciatica and Back Pain?

MY TWO CENTS: For a very long time, I did not know what that shooting pain was that I continued to feel going down my left leg. I was absolutely clueless!! I didn't know anything about sciatica or chronic back pain and certainly didn't feel like I could have these symptoms at such a young age. However, being in my thirties with a history or cheerleading injuries, retail jobs in college, athletic wear and tear, fluctuating weight gain, genetics, and a host of other contributors, I begin to understand more about why my back was hurting me so badly and why my sciatic nerve pain was rearing its ugly head. I begin to look for non-surgical solutions and I found one in the ComfiLife Coccyx Cushion for Sciatica & Back Pain. According to the Mayo Clinic : Sciatica refers to pain that radiates along the path of the sciatic nerve, which branches from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down each leg. Typically, sciatica affects only one side of your body. Sc...
